this always reminds me of magical places..............when you find a full dandelion head it is like a special lucky find.................they last for such a short period of time..............then gone forever...........

wonder if there are any fairies in the dandelion................

It's winter but I had this perfect rose in the garden............

I saw this behind the post ..........

but then all this was on the other side of the fence........... it is a carpet python I think and it was 6ft long.........someone forgot to tell him it is winter.........

we had to move him away from our area............he was trying to warm up to move but it is a bit cold.............

I didn't touch it...........

amazed at his tail twisted around the stick............

Holiday Gardening

a holiday visit to my Mum's garden in Northern Victoria

went to the botanical gardens on sunday with another family we are friendly with. At the gardens they had lots of 'scarecrows' about the place. not sure why, perhaps because not so much is in flower this time of year. my girls and their friend were a little dubious and not keen to sit too close....
