I has such high hopes for this weeks Challenge... there are 4 generations of women in my family, starting with my Nan who has just turned 96 down to my younger daughter who is 5. Imagine if you will, a black and white photo of hands entwined, the age weary with the young. Unfortunately, the execution was lacking - it just didn't happen.

So instead a little fun. I told 'lil sis' I wanted to take a photo of her hands so she went of and readied them for me!

Don't faint, but 'tis me!!

For the last two afternoons the rain has stopped, today there was almost a break in the clouds,

and some pelicans came to visit. 4 in fact, but this one was being ostracized by the other 3.

So I grabbed my trusty camera and snapped away, at........

If you live in South Australia at the moment all you see is signs. It is a state election next Saturday and these horrid things blot the landscape where ever you look. I am so glad that this is the last election they are able hang these stupid signs.
I HATE THEM.

Over night 2 weeks ago every power pole, post or fence became covered in them.

I don't condone graffiti but this put a smile on my face the other day driving home from the shops.

I snapped these when i went over to the shed to take the door photos.............."signs" is the subject so I found some on vehicles............

This one also has a note just to the left of the Fordson logo......."push to choke - pull to run" there is a hand crank on the front to start it............love the shadows in the front grill too..........
