Fresh paddocks..............

Challenge this week "fresh"

–adverb newly: recently; just now

this little water hole is covered with lily pads since the rain and Friday when I was mustering sheep I found it full of yellow lily flowers and I didn't have the camera it was magical..........

today all I could find were these coupe of sad flowers I was so disappointed............

so off I went to see what else I could find around the paddocks
freshly filled water hole with a storm brewing...........

not the best pic but these yellow balls are scattered around the place............

Challenge something metal

There is a funny story behind this photo challenge. Donna sent us a email to jump start us back to our weekly challenge. I thought what a great idea Christmas was over. Of course I didn't read the email properly I looked at the old list of challenges and headed out taking "blue"photos.
Then when I saw Donna's photo I read the email again and realised Donna had put some other challenges up.
This is fairly typical of me. I never read instructions.

This is where the old "Troubridge" was loaded.
It was the ferry that sailed between Port Adelaide and Kangaroo Island.

I took these 2 because of the sun on the old building.

Moon Walking

My family and I have started Moon Walking!! (see here and here). So far it is only DH who has taken any photos. Last night we remembered to take the good camera with us, but we didn't take the tripod. Some pics turned out really good.....

but then others were more........ shall we say...... artistic???? Lol.

Still it was a lot of fun and we plan to do it regularly.

Spider Play

This night orb spider spins it's web every night above Tony's car. I wanted to get a nice picture of him/her but there was a breeze and the web kept moving.
I got some snaps with some funny effects.

He/She was also very busy catching bugs.

Christmas Time

I love this Christmas Card pic Leanne took last year. I wonder if it made it into cards?

Same goes for these, I like them now, but next year??
